With over three decades shaped by Italian culture and service, he brings a deeply personal and intuitive approach to the guest experience. Known for his warmth, precision, and front-of-house leadership, Marco is the standard-bearer for gracious hospitality at every table. As owner he leads the dining room at Le Fresca Downtown and will debut Locanda Brasato with Duaine Clements in Mountain Brook this fall — creating a space where handcrafted cuisine meets thoughtful, unforgettable service

Duaine Clements is a classically trained chef whose culinary journey has taken him from Michelin-level kitchens in New York and Boston to acclaimed restaurant launches in Brazil. With roots at CLIO, CRU, Atelier Joël Robuchon, and Restaurant Bouley, he brings a refined yet soulful approach to every project. After more than a decade developing celebrated concepts abroad, he now leads Le Fresca Downtown and will debut Locanda Brasato with Marco Butturini, in Mountain Brook this fall.
